As the Marketing Director, I am responsible for developing and leading the global execution of all kids marketing and communication strategies across wholesale and DTC channels. Working with regional teams, ecommerce and key retailers in true partnership, I roll out seasonal brand strategies, toolkits, and digital campaigns to create brand desire and drive revenue.

 

Proof of Concept/Product Launch Example: Merrell Moab Speed ZipTrekTM

For Fall 2023, I spearheaded the 360o launch of our new exclusive closure technology called ZipTrekTM. To ensure the best unboxing and customer experience, I developed a suite of content to inform, educate and persuade consumers to purchase. This was a pinnacle example of cross-functional collaboration. I worked closely with the product development teams on user testing and packaging, ran consumer focus groups to fine-tune positioning and messaging, built buzz with media and influencers, and created launch kit of assets that was deployed across owned and paid digital channels. Since launching in August 2023, product sell-through continues to build week over week, showing great momentum for success.
