Sperry has evolved from the original boat shoe into one of the great, authentic lifestyle brands; a rare brand that spans fashion and function without compromise. Sperry Kids delivers the same quality and look, but with a fit designed especially for kids.

As the Marketing Director, I am responsible for developing and leading the global execution of all kids marketing and communication strategies across wholesale and DTC channels. Working with regional teams, ecommerce and key retailers in true partnership, I roll out seasonal brand strategies, toolkits, and digital campaigns to create brand desire and drive revenue.

Seasonal Go-to-Market Guides arm all of our retail partners and marketing leads with everything they need for a successful launch: from product descriptions and marketing copy, to key visuals and compelling social content. 

Trade Marketing initiatives in support of our retail partners is a big focus for growing the Sperry brand. Co-op campaigns with key accounts like Amazon and Famous Footwear continue to drive brand awareness and sales for the brand.
